Booth rentals

Prices are per square meter of floor space:

Aisle Stand: €178.00
Corner Stand: €183.00
End Stand: €188.00
Island Stand: €193.00

The fee for co-exhibitors is € 550.00.

All prices exclude VAT. For the Trade Fair Committee of "Deutscher Wirtschaft e.V." (AUMA) € 0.60 per sqm is in the total account.

The invoice includes for every exhibitor the costs of the obligatory media package of € 339,00 and for every co-exhibitor of € 219.00. The energy and environmental flat rate of € 8.50 per sqm is charged up to an area of 150 sqm; each additional sqm is not charged.

Exhibitors' Opinions

IPM ESSEN is our most important event. The trade fair is becoming increasingly international. This is entirely in our interest, as Patzer is expanding its export business. In addition to visitors from neighbouring European countries, we also welcomed guests from Australia, New Zealand, South America and India to our stand.

Mexico is the third-largest horticultural producer and has become an integral part of the import/export sector. So a stand at IPM ESSEN was a must-have for us. We have received information about fraud attempts in which a form is used to request confirmation of the correctness of company details in order to place cost-intensive advertisements or to make online entries. Alleged visitor data will also be offered for sale.

Messe Essen GmbH works with Sutter Dialog GmbH & Co. KG and Eugen Ulmer KG and advises all exhibitors to ignore any attempts by other companies.
