This variety is perfectly adapted to the European climate. It has an orange-coloured skin with intense orange flesh and a very sweet taste. The fresh shoots are purple at the beginning.
It is planted from 15 May in light and well-drained soil on 20 cm high mounds with 30 cm row spacing.
It is harvested 120-150 days before the first frost (from September to October): 3 to 5 kg per plant.
It is used for original sweet and savoury recipes: puree, soup, roasted or grilled, eaten for sweet recipes.
This healthy vegetable is easy to grow in the garden, but requires regular watering.
