For the first time, the German Florists' Association/FDF is presenting itself with the FDF World at the IPM ESSEN at a new location in Hall 5. In this daylight-bright exhibition hall, trade visitors can expect a versatile inspiration area on all floral topics. The pulsating heart is the well-known revolving stage with top-class national and international floristry stage shows.
Together with partner Decorum plants & flowers, the FDF is organizing the Pure Perfection Passion Show. The well-known international floral designers Hanneke Frankema from the Netherlands, Tom de Houwer from Belgium, Krisztian Kövér from Hungary and Iza Tkaczyk from Poland are expected to attend. Germany's Master Florist 2022 Christopher Ernst, wedding expert Victoria Salomon and floristry influencer Patricia Jung have confirmed their attendance at the inspiring weddings shows "Love is in the air" with partner Van der Plas. Germany's top florists and winners of the German Floristry Championship in Berlin: Josef Dirr, Lena Hartmann and Jennifer Mühlbauer will inspire their audience with top-class spring floristry in the SPRING FEVER theme - presented by the FDF and the flower wholesaler BUHK from Hamburg - supported by Fleurop AG. And another international floristry show was confirmed in December: the Spanish online platform FLOOS with frontman Carles J. Fontanillas has also pronounced its attendance. This means that even more top international floral designers could be expected in Essen.
Parallel to the stage shows, trade visitors can find inspiration in various showrooms and exhibition areas. This includes the large inspiration area justchrys, where the FDF is presenting the new floral wedding collection with the chrysanthemum. Smithers Oasis is presenting a world first for the floristry industry at the FDF. FDF partner Veiling Plantion is presenting a large new product window with plants and flowers at its stand. The Spanish company Verdissimo is showing the wide range of stabilized flowers and greenery. The talent network #floralproject 3.0 is introducing itself and working in open workshops at the stand. One highlight is the XXL-format rose heart made of fantastic Porta Nova roses: a popular selfie hotspot for trade visitors. And last but not least, the association is of course on site as a contact for all questions about the floristry industry and floristry and is looking forward to many contacts and visitors. The FDF World is the place to be for all floristry enthusiasts in Essen.
